        HE'S SAFE NOW

Safe now in his now home in the Fifth Air Force orphanage on the island of Cheju, south of Korea, this little lad relaxes as he scans a comic book.  He is one of nearly 1000 orphans who were flown from Communist threatened Seoul to his new home by transports of the U.S. Far East Air Forces combat Cargo Command, just prior to last Christmas.

Greatly needed contributions of money, food, clothing and even comic books, have been received from people in Japan and the United States.  Although help is still needed, the happy faces of the children as they play in their new homes is a pleasant contrast to the picture they presented while in Seoul.
